- Oil your hands and make the dough smooth and let it rest for 1hour covered on the bench.
- After 1hour make pizza balls à 250g each. Put some oil on a baking sheet and cover with plastic and let it rest for 2-3 hours before making beautiful pizzas.
- Put your oven on 300 Celsius with the steel plate.
